HR Community Meeting - February 3, 2010
This meeting brought the Human Resources community up-to-date on some of our current initiatives and recently completed projects.
Diane Peck talked about the HR Task Force, one of four created at the suggestion of the Budget Group to explore ways Stanford can improve efficiency and effectiveness in its administrative areas. One of the Task Force's projects is to conduct a peer review of HR. Keith Copeland provided more details about the peer review. For additional information, here is Keith's presentation.
The HR Task Force also requested a survey of the HR community for input on how we can become more effective and efficient. The results of this survey were reviewed by Kathy Geller. Click here for her presentation on general findings. All responses were gathered in another document you can read here.
