HR Initiatives and Executive Compensation

Mission

HR Initiatives supports the breadth of HR services and programs by providing implementation planning and communications within the HR Community and throughout the wider Stanford community.

Executive Compensation administers pay programs of senior level faculty and staff and serves as the liaison between University Schools/VP organizations and the Board of Trustees’ Committee on Compensation.
