HR Generalist Service Delivery

Mission

To serve the local HRM community through integrated strategies with all the university HR service centers. And, with the HRM team as the conduit, attract, retain, motivate and develop a highly skilled workforce equipped to meet the present and future needs of the university.

Role of Managers

Your HR Team (HR Manager, HR Director, HR Administrator or HR Representative) is directly responsible for the management of staff related issues, programs and processes for exempt, non-exempt, bargaining unit, and all other employees as appropriate in their organizations.
