Expanded Benefit for Staff Tuition Reimbursement Program
Benefits-eligible staff members on fixed-term appointments and who have completed one year of service are now eligible for the Staff Tuition Reimbursement Program (STRP). The program provides partial or full reimbursement of tuition costs for undergraduate or graduate degree programs, and now also covers required textbooks, supplies, or equipment.
Tuition Grant Program (TGP) Deadline
To receive tuition assistance for your child’s college tuition, you must apply for the Tuition Grant Program between April 1 and July 1 for your child’s upcoming academic year. If your child is currently enrolled, you must reapply each year for the upcoming academic year with the TGP application form.
Health Providers on Campus

Blue Shield’s Leslie Owen
To provide added convenience for employees, Blue Shield and Kaiser health care providers are located on the main campus. A Blue Shield nurse advocate is available for private consultations in a Welsh Road office. A Kaiser mobile health clinic is available twice each week at two campus locations.
